Non Members will be subject to a ballot. * Refunds (scratching) as per EV Policy, as printed in this Handbook * Refunds (cancelled event) – If a Club competition is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply: Entry Fees 25% retained by Club 75% returned to Competitor Ancillary Fees 100% returned to Competitor * Draw will be posted on VDC & EV Websites
