SATURDAY – Tests – Official: 1:1, 2:1, 2:2, 3:2, 3:3, 5:2, 5:3, Intermediate 11 Young Horse: 4, 5 & 6 Years
(Indoor Arena 2 will be available as a Warm Up Arena)
SUNDAY -Tests – Official: 1:2, 1:3, 2:2 , 2:3, 4:2, 4:3, PSG, Inter 1, Inter A, GP
(Indoor Arena 2 will be available as a Warm Up Arena)
Entry Fees: EA Tests Club Members – $34 Non Members – $46
FEI Tests Club Members – $39 Non Members – $56
Late Entries: After closing date 50% surcharge on Entry Fees After draw posted 100% surcharge on Entry Fees
Additional Fees: WPNEC Facility Fee – $16 per horse, per day
Prize Details:
- Horse Classes – Rugs for Champion, Bridle Bag for Reserve, Rosettes to 6th place for each test
- Pony Classes – Rosettes to 2nd place for each test
- Championship Sashes
- Prize Money to 3rd placing for Horse Classes only – Championship classes only
Other Details:
- Entries accepted on Official Entry Form only
- Credit Card payments not accepted
- Competitors must wear safety helmets at all times when riding
- When entries exceed vacancies, financial Club Members will be given first preference, provided the entry form & payment is received before the closing date for entries.
- Non Members will be subject to a ballot.
- Refunds (scratching) as per EV Policy, as printed in this Handbook
- Refunds (cancelled event) – If a Club competition is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply: Entry Fees 25% retained by Club 75% returned to Competitor Ancillary Fees 100% returned to Competitor
- Draw will be posted on VDC & EV Websites
- Preliminary Championship – Sunday Tests
- Novice Championship – Sunday Tests
- Intermediate 11 Championship – Saturday Test
